Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
This electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer has built his career supporting automated production and packaging machinery within high-volume FMCG and food manufacturing environments.
He brings over 25 years of manufacturing engineering experience, including more than 10 years with his current FMCG employer, demonstrating strong reliability, technical capability and long-term commitment.
Currently working on a day shift pattern, but flexible and open to considering alternative shift patterns.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 18th Edition Certificate
- PLC fault finding with basic programming knowledge
- Electrical control panel wiring experience
- Strong electrical diagnostics and fault-finding capability
- Experience maintaining automated production and packaging equipment
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance within FMCG production environments
Machinery & Equipment Experience
This engineer has hands-on experience maintaining a wide range of automated production and packaging systems, including:
- Multi-head Checkweighers
- Metal Detection Systems
- Automated Packaging Machinery
- Robotic Pallet Wrapping Systems
- Conveyor Systems and Material Handling Equipment
He is comfortable working within fast-paced FMCG and food manufacturing environments, where equipment reliability, production uptime, and rapid fault resolution are critical.
